Lil Wayne’s first daughter Reginae Carter turned 16 recently and her parents threw her an amazing star studded 16th birthday party on Saturday November 29th in Atlanta. Stars like T.I and Tiny, Nicki Minaj, Fantasia and many others were there. And when it was time to get her birthday gift from her parents, Reginae got a Ferrari from her mother (left) and a BMW X6 from her dad (right).
