The popular BALOGUN market on Lagos island was destroyed by fire this morning January 12th, four houses,five plazas and a Diamond Bank building in the street were badly splashed by fire. The cause of the fire is unknown but men of the fire service had really done a great work there trying to put the fire down.
Report reaching is that a particular account of injured people can not be given now but, Thankfully no life was lost.
